A good example of that might be Magnum Products. The company, which manufactures a range of smaller equipment, much of it for the rental cordless and light construction industry, is adding another 70,000 sq.ft. to its existing 50,000 sq.ft. facility that serves as the headquarters for manufacturing and administration.
